With years of experience as a lawyer and lobbyist, Angel has successfully represented and advocated for a variety of clients in diverse fields, including energy, healthcare, education, tourism, and more. Her work at the Moore Firm of Charleston, PLLC, where she handled civil litigation and government relations for national and state-wide companies, has honed her skills in legal writing, strategy, and new business development.

A West Virginia University Alum and a proud mother, Jennifer’s passion is growing Charleston; making it a safer, more vibrant community. She has followed that passion in her career as a licensed realtor and property manager (primarily focusing on short term leasing in the Downtown Charleston area).
Jennifer understands the strengths and challenges of our community. Block-by-block, she is working to revitalize Charleston through economic development.
She is actively involved with community outreach efforts. She also spends significant time with area nonprofits. In 2022, Jennifer received the Charleston Main Streets Urban Leadership Award and Leadership WV Graduate in 2023.
Jennifer’s desire is to diligently work to shape the City of Charleston for people to Live, Work and Play.

Madeline is a Texan transplant who has made West Virginia her forever home. As a proud Texas A&M alumna with a background in Education, she holds a Master’s in Teaching and a Bachelor’s in English. Throughout her career, Madeline has served thousands of high school students and mentored nearly fifty teachers and paraprofessionals. Now a licensed Real Estate Agent, she continues to support families both in and out of the classroom.
Madeline is driven by her strong passion to serve her community. When she is not teaching literary skills to students or helping families secure their dream home, you can find her volunteering at CAMC’s teaching hospital.
